Delivery policy

Our goal is to deliver to the selected place and to the selected person, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. The goods are delivered by DHL worldwide. We may use other couriers from time to time at the customer’s request or if our contracted carrier is delayed, this may be in some remote areas.
All software is provided in electronic form, unless requested to be transferred on physical storage media.
The goods in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to credit settlement, address verification and product availability. We will contact you if there is a delay or out of stock. When a product is out of stock, you can place a pending order and our online store will inform you that the product is out of stock but can be ordered back. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is in stock, you can contact us for scheduling if needed.
The consumer bears all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost working time due to delayed deliveries.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us by email or phone to cancel your order prior to shipment and we’ll give you a refund *. Once your order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, in which case you can still return the item.
You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged, dirty, or used returns may not be eligible for a refund * and may be returned to the buyer.
Returns after 14 days may only be accepted with the approval of the company director and may be subject to a handling fee charged to the buyer. Contact us by e-mail or by phone within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will give you a return number and information on where to return the goods.
The exception is software or products delivered electronically that are not returnable.


Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will notify you immediately about the status of the refund. If your refund is approved, we’ll initiate a refund * to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the loan within 28 days, but in some cases it may take longer.
* Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of the company director, this is on a case by case basis, please contact us for further information.


You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
